Modern triangular riffles are a gimmick. Once you have some experience, try using the smooth side of your pan, you can catch the very finest of gold, including very flat very small flakes that will drift around and even float, and if you leave it in the pan, and then fill the pan with non-gold bearing material, you will pretty easily be able to keep that super small flake in your pan. One thing people don't do, is use different side to side frequencies when classifying. Start with aggressive action, and then then smaller gentler shaking down to no shaking, then remove the top layer of material. Different pieces of gold, in different material, will settle better with certain frequencies and force, so, mix it up.

Great video! As someone who does lots of sales and more importantly shipping through online commerce, can I recommend getting yourself a thermal printer? You'll save a lot of money not having to buy ink, especially at the 100 orders per month level you are at! If you aren't familiar it just uses heat to imprint the addresses and barcodes for your shipping labels. Keep up the great work!

Chris, have you or anyone ever tried running your material through a Gold Drop machine?? Might try asking Dan Hurd to give it a try, if not....be interesting to see how it would deal with the tin. Have you considered preweighing your gold into like, small screwtop vials, so you can just dump them into your bags as you go? That way you can spend one work period just measuring out gold, then one filling bags. Its more efficient.

To anyone struggling with super fine gold like the fly poop I get here in the Pac NW; If you are hand panning and just have some specks that are being difficult, the best way to pick up those stragglers is with your fingerprints...yup! Dry finger, wet gold, and then scrape the gold off on a well seasoned gold pan that is dry to finish drying. If you have one, a miller table is much more efficient though.

I have An idea for you. I did it once and the customer was happy. I vidioed a prospecting session and found a deposit,then sell 6 hours of me high banking all vidioed. so I basically sold the cons from 6hr session they can watch it being found,test panned and mined then they get to do the final cleanup. I'm just not good at advertising. The sale came from tik tok. So it's your unchecked paydirt but with a difference
